These guys are crooks. Bought a unit from them them the switch me to a different unit than what they said they were selling me. The installer they send had never installed a Mr. Cool heat pump before. I have had constant problems for over a year and a half. Haven’t had heat for 4 weeks. STAY AWAY!!! I’m probably going to rip out the system and have a new system installed from someone else and sue them. One star is way too high of a review. What a nightmare to deal with these guys!!!
