Bought two mini split AC units from The HVAC Outlet two years ago. Both of them have failed. Called to buy replacements units. They take all the information, promise to call you right back with a price, and then crickets. Have called numerous times and it’s always the same scenario. Don’t ever give a dime to them, you will regret it.
