Our HVAC heat pump system went out. A best friend of mines recommended The HVAC Outlet of Danville KY. I spoke to Chad and he said that he would have someone out in three days to install a new system. I had received several other bids, all of which were 35 to 50 percent higher than their cost. The techs were on time, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They arrived around 10 am and was finished by 12:30 pm. That was the fastest install I have ever seen. I would recommend them to others.
