No I did not buy from them, but just something’s Ik about the hvac industry, he should be selling to anyone that doesn’t have an epa certification, and any good hvac companies don’t subcontract there installers, they have there own installers and Maintenance men who are on deck to install and fix all your problems for you when they happen. Not just to leave you in the wind when you have a problem after you pay some one $5,000. Hanging up on people to when they call when you promised to help them out it times like that because “ it’s not your problem cause the installer was subcontracted “ is not ok, hanging up on your customers cause you don’t wanna deal with them is not ok, and getting to an industry that’s meant to help people to just screw then over for a quick buck is not alright. If you get in to a business run legitimately and this business is far from it. This is a disgrace to the hvac community, trust me call around and get opinions from other companies if you should purchase from them to just “save money” cause from what I’ve seen and heard what they sell everyone comes either broken or just ends up costing them more than it would to just get a unit from a trusted company, don’t fall for this Tom foolery.
