I found out my entire furnace and heat pump needed to be replaced(due to a refrigerant leak, and my furnace was an older unit that used R22 refrigerant) I was quoted over $11000 from Bryant Heating and Cooling. I just so happened to run across the HVAC Outlet’s online special, which was a full system install for a little over $4000. I gave them a call on Friday and the gentleman on the phone confirmed I needed a 3.5 ton pump, which was good to know so we could avoid problems at the time of install.(I thought I needed a 3 ton pump) The installers arrived early Monday morning and were both very kind. Josh did the inside work and was very professional and friendly the entire time. He even took the time to answer questions I had later on that evening, even though he could have waited and responded the next day. The only thing I would want others to know is that the warranty for 10 years when registered online does come with a one-time fee that ranges from $30 to $50, but that is still a drop in the bucket considering you get an additional 5 year warranty on parts if something goes wrong. Also the install that I received came with a 1 year labor warranty directly through the installer, at no additional charge.
Overall, I would rate the timeliness, professionalism, and value all 5 out of 5. I would recommend giving the HVAC outlet a call if you want to receive a good value compared to the other corporate companies in the area. I do not have any affiliation with the owner or anyone in the company, and am giving my true, real experience.
