DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! My unit is only 8mths old. It’s broken…k that happens. I called the 16th of May. They came out diagnosed it said yup we got the part ordered we will be there on the 20th to fix it. I called on the 19th verified they had the part. He says yes we have it we will be on the 20th as scheduled. 20th no one shows up! I call he says he got busy it will be the 21st. No one shows up! I call he said he had 14 people ahead of me. It will be the 23rd. No one shows up! I call again he was busy. He will be there the 25th. No one shows he was busy AGAIN. He will be there the 26th. Same story no one shows. The 30th he messages me we are going to get this fixed TODAY. He shows up with the wrong part! Comes back the 31st puts the correct part on and suddenly discovers a filter is clogged. He will be back to fix it but he doesn’t know when! He lives 2 hrs away from me. He’s busy! I’m the meantime my daughter who has asthma is struggling, my house Animals are burning up it’s going on a month of my house being 87 degrees plus! When I call the store they tell me to call the installer not there problem. So I gave 7000 for a unit they don’t want to fix! Take my advice DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

After calling again on the 1st the store tells me it’s not their problem to call the technician…..um I bought my unit from you! And the lady who answers the phone hung up on me.
They showed up yesterday and my unit is STILL BROKEN!
