Were late 2 days for install. Unit installed was not same as one quoted. Thermostat installed incorrectly, would not come to fix this. after 6 months a leak was discovered and that cost an extra 1500 to fix. Unit installed without spot for an air filter, was told that it didn’t need an air filter. Would not answer calls or messages about bad install. Look at owner’s responses to the bad reviews, this shows you the type of company this is.
