Our HVAC system went out on Sunday, I called the HVAC Outlet the next morning, and was scheduled for a new 3 ton install on Thursday. For less than $5,000 I got a new full 3-ton system. This was the air handler and heat pump, base for the outside unit and new thermostat.The techs were knowledgeable, kind, quick and efficient. They tested, vacuumed and charged the lines and cleaned up after themselves (including taking the old system with them). I recommend someone seeking a new HVAC system to reach out to the team ASAP. Wonderful experience for much less than every other company could quote for a full install and system swap.
