If I could give zero stars I would! They are nothing but a bunch of crooks!!!!!! Purchased a mini split unit and the board in the unit went out. Contacted Ricky bc the unit is still under warranty. I was given the run around bc the company of unit went out of business. It’s still under warranty and I was able to get in touch with the warranty company, all the HVAC outlet has to do is call the company give them the part number and place the order……..A month later they still have yet to reach out to the company for the part. When you call the outlet they screen your call and you never speak to Blake or Ricky. Only a lady who says “they are busy”
