Bought a outside unit from hvac outlet in Danville Ky it was installed worked 3 weeks and stopped cooling had tech to return and it worked 3 weeks again got different hvac tech he found leak and low on refrigerant they are saying that’s not the problem it’s my inside unit that has worked with no problem for 8 years the inside unit works fine when disconnect from outside unit
When a unit is low on refrigerant it won’t. Cool hvac outlet says that’s not right they refuse to fix the problem
DO NOT BUY A unit of any kind from them they will say it’s something else if their unit does work right
